We had an amazing stay at the Snowpine Lodge. The spa was very nice. We enjoyed multiple massages and facials, and the therapists were really good. The grotto hot tub and the oxygen therapy were rejuvenating after a long day of skiing. The staff was so thoughtful and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. I stayed at Snowpine Lodge for a ski trip and loved its convenient slope-side location. The lodge is charming and filled with character. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. I enjoyed the communal table, which was perfect for striking up conversations with fellow skiers. While the dorm-style lodging may not suit everyone, I didn't mind sacrificing privacy for a great ski experience. Just be sure to bring earplugs if you're sensitive to snoring neighbors.
Would recommend this hotel.

The service at this hotel is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The food is fantastic, and the ski-in, ski-out location is a huge convenience. The ski lockers are the best I've experienced, making it easy to boot up by the large fireplace and head straight to the lifts. The addition of a great ski shop near the lockers is a bonus. the hotel has been beautifully renovated and is the nicest in the area.
While I had a great experience at this hotel, there were a few minor drawbacks. The spa treatments were wonderful, but the prices were on the higher side.

We recently stayed at a lodge in a famous ski area known for its hardcore skiing. The lodge was recently rebuilt and now offers a luxurious boutique experience. The amenities were excellent, including a ski shop, ski-in-ski-out location, a restaurant, a full bar. The rooms were comfortable with quality linens, top of the line toiletries, and plenty of storage space. The staff was attentive and accommodating. We had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the convenience of the lodge facilities.
The lodge charges were a bit steep compared to other options in the area.

Great location, with stunning views of the mountains and close proximity to other dining options and resorts. The hotel itself is newly renovated and beautifully decorated, with a clean and fresh ambiance that added to the overall experience.
The staff experience was inconsistent, with some members being excellent while others were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Additionally, the HVAC system was problematic, constantly alternating between loud fans and uncomfortable cold air that couldn't be adjusted or turned off.

We loved the friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. The manager, Dave, even personally helped resolve a problem we had. The wait staff in the restaurant were excellent, and the staff in the ski hire were brilliant. The location was great for skiing, and there was a fantastic vibe with a mix of travellers. The Lodge catered well for families, singles, and couples. We enjoyed ski in ski out access, relaxing in the hot tub, and the delicious food after a day on the snow. The communication from the staff was also fantastic.
Felt very relaxed, no complaints at all.

The hotel had amazing amenities and a beautiful location. The spa was clean and had plenty of amenities for guests to enjoy. The mountain views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking.
The service at the bar was poor and some guests felt the hotel didn't fit with the vibe of the surrounding area. It seemed like there was still some remodeling going on, which made the stay less enjoyable.
